The next guide shows the recommended equipments for carry out packages with shrink film according to the capacity of required production. IT ONLY IS FOR INFORMATIVE FUNCTION AND NO REPRESENT ANY EQUIPMENT THAT WE HAVE FOR SALE.

Most of the systems seal and cut the film with a hot wire or a hot knife that make contact on one heat resistant pad recovered with teflon. Time, temperature and applied pressure affect the quality of the obtained seal. After the heating cycle is necessary a cooling cycle maintaining the pressure in order to solidify the seal. The dimensions of the equipment are accord the biggest product that need to pack.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

n Manual l sealer (linear) and hot air gun, is necessary make first the bag and close it later; (2 or 3 pack per minute); total cost for 30 cm to 100 cm units: US $200 to $400.
