PVC SHRINK FILM

The material is adapted to require by your packaging and we could vary the formulation in order to give you the rigidity, color or another wanted characteristics. Three basic presentation forms exist. 

FLAT FILM
{ROLLO PELICULA PLANA}  

It consists on a single sheet of film. Generally is used in machines of automatic packaging.

It can have or not unbalanced shrinking. Also can be single or double layer of film wounded around the core.

CENTERFOLDED FILM
{ROLLO PELICULA DOBLADA}   It is the more commonly used presentation.  Facilitate the wrapping of products by means of “ L” sealers, obtaining packaging completely close. Its function is protecting the articles inside the packaging preventing that is dirtied and guaranteeing that the package has not been opened besides improving the presentation. The rolls unwind from the bottom when viewed of the open side if the roll is at your right.

TUBULAR FILM
{ROLLO PELICULA TUBULAR}  

Used like guarantee band. Packages are obtained wrapping the product and leaving lateral openings. It is also used in order to join two or more products in single packing.

Normally has unbalanced shrinking.

PVC STRETCH FILM

The PVC stretch packing is thoroughly used in warehouses that pack foods in trays, for its ease use and great adherence. You obtain packs of easy handling and pleasant appearance, also avoid the mixture of scents in the refrigerators.

At the moment we only distributed PVC film in rolls of 12" (30.48 cm.) gauge 40 and length of 5000´(1525 m.).

POLYETHYLENE STRETCH FILM

Stretchwrap is a thin film used to unitized and protect pallet loads during shipping and storage. LLDPE is the most popular resin utilized.

Actually only distribute LLDPE stretch film in hand wrap form. Usually monolayer with cling additive. Presents good break performance and load retention and is in the form of rolls of easy driven.
